Dubai Police Reveal Fines That Can Be Detected By AI-Cameras 📸
AI-powered cameras in Dubai now detect multiple traffic violations, including speeding, running red lights, and improper lane usage.
Speeding fines range from AED 300 for exceeding the limit by 20 km/h to AED 3,000 with vehicle impoundment for exceeding by 80 km/h or more.
Red light violations result in AED 1,000 fines, 30-day impoundment, and 12 black points, with additional penalties for heavy vehicles violating lane rules.
Seatbelt violations and distracted driving incur fines up to AED 1,500, including penalties for excessive window tinting.
Unsafe driving behaviors such as failing to maintain distance, making improper turns, and blocking vehicles also carry fines and black points.
