Landlords Must Give A 90 Days Notice For Fent Hikes In Dubai 🏠
The Dubai Land Department (DLD) launched the rental index in January 2025, to determine how much a landlord can increase your rent.
Now, landlords who are eligible to increase rents under the new smart rental index must provide tenants with a 90-day notice period before the expiry of tenancy contracts!
