The Dubai Real Estate Market Might Start Dipping Soon 💸

• Home prices in Dubai rose about 60% from 2022 to early 2025, driven by big infrastructure projects, a surge in population, and increased investor interest 📉

• Dubai’s real estate market is “likely to face a double-digit fall in the second half of the year and in 2026, ratings agency Fitch said in a report, according to Reuters.

• Dubai is set to deliver 210,000 new homes in 2025 and 2026 (double the number from the past three years), leading to more supply and bringing prices down by up to 15%, according to the agency.
