Dubai’s Ruler laid the foundation for the Blue Line’s first metro station today
Sheikh Mohammed shared a post on X, saying: “We continue to develop the city... we continue to build the best city to live in the world”
Route 1 (21 km, 10 stations):
đź“Ť Starts at Creek Interchange Station (Green Line, Al Jaddaf).
đźš„ Passes through Dubai Festival City, Dubai Creek Harbour, Ras Al Khor.
🚏 Reaches International City 1 (includes an underground interchange station).
👉 Continues to International City 2 & 3, Dubai Silicon Oasis, and Academic City
Route 2 (9 km, 4 stations):
đź“ŤStarts at Centrepoint Interchange Station (Red Line, Al Rashidiya).
đźš„ Passes through Mirdif and Al Warqa.
🛑 Ends at International City 1 Interchange Station.
