Telegram Founder Pavel Durov Is Back In Dubai After Arrest In France
Pavel Durov, a French and Emirati citizen, was arrested in August after landing at Le Bourget airport outside Paris and faced charges related to illegal activity and lack of content moderation on Telegram 🚨
He was then released from custody shortly after his arrest in France but was placed on a travel ban ✈️
He shared the update on his Telegram channel saying “As you may have heard, I’ve returned to Dubai after spending several months in France due to an investigation related to the activity of criminals on Telegram.”
