The UAE Will Introduce A 15% Minimum Top-Up Tax On Large Multinationals In 2025
The UAE is rolling out a new tax for large companies as part of updates to its corporate tax law.
Starting January 1, 2025, large multinational companies in the UAE will pay a minimum 15% tax on profits, up from the current 9%
The domestic minimum top-up tax (DMTT) will apply to multinationals with global revenues of €750 million ($793 million) or more in at least two of the last four financial years.
